Southwest Workplace Law was founded by employment law attorney Victor P. Montoya. A former principal with a nationally-recognized employment law firm, Mr. Montoya well knows the risks, as well as the the human and financial costs, associated with the litigation of employment claims. Mr. Montoya received his 40-hour certification in mediation from the New Mexico School of Law in 1999, and therefore is dedicated to helping parties resolve their workplace disputes through mediation, when possible.

Mr. Montoya also provides clients with advice and counsel regarding employment law compliance, and represents clients in administrative proceedings and litigation arising from employment law and work-place related claims.
